The artifact Financial Management Presentation is created per target audience to support the training of all resources involved in service management or service delivery. The Knowledge Exchange work stream team might be asked to help organize and record these trainings.

All artifacts created are stored in the appropriate document repository for future use during the continuous service delivery.

The link(s) to the systems and tools to use, the work instructions and the presentations are incorporated in the artifact Service Engagement Team Member On-Boarding Kit, which is used for any resource that needs to be on-boarded either during the transition program or during continuous service delivery.

The artifact On-Boarding Tracker is updated with the information which resource has been trained on financial management aspects.
